Rules and Regulations

  • All valid registrations will only be considered when the student has paid the entire amount for the course chosen. Any form of payment can be done by cash, UPI transfer, net banking or card.
  • To ensure the student receive their completion certification it is vital for them to be attending all classes and examinations.
  • All students will be chosen for each set of the course to ensure that each student is given one to one attention.
  • If the course doesn’t reach the minimum expected level of students, Elan Academy is obliged to cancel the class.
  • All students are responsible to ensure that all personal information given to the institute are valid.
  • It is vital that all students keep all documents with them such as bills, enrolment paper or appreciation letter.
  • All trainers and staff members are to ensure that all updates on the progress of the courses are given in.
  • Fees paid by the students are not refundable in any circumstances. Institute authorities will refund only if the institute is not able to arrange classes because of trainers’ absence.
