The craze and excitement of bank jobs have grown immensely. This growth has been consistent especially in the growing youth. The banks that have been flourishing with applicants have been, SBI, Allahabad bank, Punjab national bank, and so on. The job offers stability, remuneration and other benefits. In the private sector the come with benefits of family advancements, salaries, career growths and so on. The bank deposits have a common growth in India of over $1 trillion. In this job there are 27 public sectors and 25 private sectors. Each sector has a variation of expectations and eligibility.
There are 2 main position for a graduate
- PO – A PO also known as a probationary officer post, are those who are selected but only under probation. Based on the analysis of the student and the growth this will then give them an understanding on where your skills lie and whether you should be promoted.
- Clerical – This position is basically, a clerk / cashier, typist, agricultural, data entry operators and telephone operators. These jobs are one of the most important jobs and spreads all across in all banks and in all positions.
Eligibility Criteria for a Clerk
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Must be graduate with 60% or more.
- The age limit of applying has to be 25 or less.
- A diploma degree with excellent practical knowledge.
- The average salary is 140,000 in average of per annum.
Eligibility Criteria for a PO
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Caditiate must be in an age range of 21-30 years.
- The student has to achieve a range of 55%-60% when completing the bachelor degree.
- Has a good knowledfe of computers and most importantly the MS Office.
- The salary in the public sector of the banks is 200,000. A bank PO can make around 50,000 based on performance.
