SSC GD

Staff Selection Commission will conduct GD Constables Exam 2020 to fill in the vacant posts of General Duty at BSF, CISF, ITBP, CRPF, Rifleman, etc. The 2020 Exam will be held to appoint eligible candidates for the post of constable in BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSF, SSB, NIA and riflemen.

The recruitment process comprises of four stages namely:

a) Physical Standard Test (PST)
b) Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
c) Computer-based test
d) Medical test.

SSC GD Exam Pattern

Exam will be held in three main phases:

Written examination (Computer Based)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Physical Standard Test (PST)

The test will be having multiple choice questions with four sections with 25 questions in each section. Each question will carry 1 mark. Wrong answers will be given a negative marking with as much as 0.25 marks for every error committed.
