Important tips for Spanish A1 and the examination:
Exam details –
The DELF A1 exam for Spanish will be divided into 2 groups. The first group will consist of reading and writing examinations. The reading comprehensions will have a duration of 45 minutes. This part of the examination will consist of 4 tasks. The written module and interactive will consist of 25 minutes. It would also have 2 tasks within the time frame. The second group would consist of your oral skills and listening comprehension. The listening comprehension will have a duration of 20 minutes and 4 tasks. The oral expressions will have a duration of 15 minutes. It is important to make sure that you’re rechecking all your answers before submitting in your papers. Listen to instructions and plan your time well.
Exam cracking tips –
All the tips learnt during this course will guide you through your examination. Remember to pace yourself. Don’t stress. Work on the different strategies provided to you. When reading make sure to underline or highlight the important fact. During writing beware of your time. Keep yourself focused. Don’t deviate to another topic or factor, focus on one and keep building the idea. Read the instructions carefully. Follow them and make sure that you’re rechecking your answers. During the listening test make sure to write down important dates, names etc. Make sure to always keep your focus. When you’re calm and centered you can achieve it all.
